Shipping Policy

We currently are only shipping within the US.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) PST will ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST will ship the next business day

  • Please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing during peak seasons or unexpected warehouse delays

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted and processed into our fulfillment system, any modifications (including cancellations, address changes, or item changes) must be handled manually by our team.

Important: Changes are not processed automatically and may not be possible once your order has entered our shipping queue. To request changes:

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer the following shipping options based on package weight:

  • For Orders Under 1lb: Shipped via USPS

    • 2-5 business days

  • For Orders Over 1lb: Shipped via FedEx

    • 1-4 business days

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@blush-works.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
